About Ilene...

Ilene D. Levering has lived in this great state of Washington for over 16 years now where she resides in the North end with her husband, in a 1910 bungalow that is in a constant state of renovation. She has a passion for the Arts & Crafts Era, off-roading in her jeep and a true love for the state of Washington.

Ilene went to school in California and has a general degree in business. She has been in the Mortgage Industry for over 20 years now and has a great passion for what she does. Ilene stands out in the industry as she really cares about her clients. Ilene has a personal interest in their financial well-being and security, and believes that no matter what an individual’s past financial situation may be, they are still deserving of quality service, quality rates, and a place to call their own.

Ilene’s clients range from First Time Homebuyers to Surgeons who work miracles reconstructing the faces of infants; business owners to commission sales folk, and everyone in between. She has worked with folks with perfect credit, as well as those who are overcoming challenges. One thing, however, remains the same; they all reached the goal of home ownership. This is her passion.
